
My Story
After years of owning and operating an Accounting business, I discovered my passion for teaching and helping other women learn how to balance work, family, and fitness. I want to help women lose fat and keep it off forever without restrictive fad diets or only doing hours and hours of cardio. Together I want to help women redefine what's "healthy", and finally create long term sustainable fat loss.
I struggled with restrictive diets, and not eating real food just to lose 1-2 lbs and then gain it back. It was a continual cycle of fad diets, lack of energy, and hours and hours of cardio.
I learned how to properly eat to fuel my body by using a simple method that makes it easy to keep fat off and still have a balanced lifestyle.
