Obviously, the easiest way is to have a doctor run a test. But there may other signs that you can watch for.
Are you experiencing any of these symptoms?

If you are experiencing SEVERE issues with all or several of these symptoms, you may be sensitive to Gluten. So how do you know for sure? An easy way to find out is to eliminate Gluten from your diet for at least two weeks. Then you can slowly start re-introducing small amounts back in your nutrition, and see if your body reacts. If no reaction or symptoms, then you can continue to add back in small amounts. If you have major reaction or symptoms again, then you probably need to eliminate Gluten from your diet.
So what exactly is GLUTEN?
Gluten is simply a group of proteins found in Wheat, Barley, and Rye. It is commonly found in bread, pasta, baked goods, and cereal. It triggers an immune response in those who have Celiac Disease, are Gluten Intolerant, and those who are Gluten Sensitive.
Being Gluten-free doesn't have to be awful, it just takes an adjustment, lots of label reading, and finding some brands or favorites you like that fit your nutrition needs.
Again, it is common, for someone to go Gluten-free especially while working through gut health issues.
