These SHOES were Made for WALKING!!

Start Moving!!

Don’t know where to start when it comes to your exercise? I am right there with you, neither did I!

I was terrified of the gym when I started my journey but I knew the best thing I could do was to just start moving.

That’s why I wanted to discuss one form of exercise that EVERYONE can see benefits from implementing in their daily routine: WALKING !!!

Adding in 45-60 minutes of walking every day!

Specifically, when it comes to fat loss, walking puts your body in an ideal fat loss heart rate. So, let's say you're burning roughly 300 calories in that 45-60 minutes of walking.

A majority of those calories are coming from BODY FAT. If you walk 7 days a week...that's 2,100 calories.

If a pound of fat is 3,500 calories....in just over a week, you're adding in burning a pound of fat just by simply walking!

And the health benefits of walking aren’t just for fat loss! As a society, we are all generally more sedentary. And no matter what your goals are, adding in 45-60 minutes of walking can help to

✅ Improved muscle development

✅ Enhanced joint support

✅ Reduced bone loss

✅ Improved or elevated mood

✅ Improved circulation and cardiovascular health

✅ Better sleep

✅ Heightened immune function

✅ Better weight management

…and trust me, I could go on and on!!

Walking throughout the day also helps to increase N.E.A.T. also known as Non Exercise Activity thermogenesis. N.E.A.T. is important because it is the activity you do outside of the gym. While, strength training is important, what you do throughout the day is also important.

... what you do the rest of the day makes a big impact as well. This is one reason that daily steps are so important.

It is more about moving your body throughout the day.

This also helps improve the rate of fat loss.

Research has shown that physical activity outside of the gym can impact your overall health, and fat loss success.

Research shows that most people tend to get at least 30 minutes of exercise or gym time in now, but are less active the rest of the day.

According the WHO (World Health Organization), physical inactivity is leading cause and risk factor for chronic disease.

If you are ready to start a fat loss journey, or are currently stuck in your journey, try adding in more steps throughout the day. Implementing a daily habit of walking, can help you be more successful. If you are looking for more ways to increase your fat loss journey, join my Free Community.
