I just don't have the money to invest in a gym membership.
I just don't have the money to hire a coach.
I just don't have the money to buy healthy food. Healthy food is so expensive.
I know I have said that before. I just felt like I didn't have the money to invest in my health, yet it didn't bother me to go spend money out to dinner for twice the amount of groceries.
It feels like sometimes it is easier to just to use an excuse, than to really invest in yourself. If you really stopped and used the money that you "think" you don't have for healthier groceries, a gym membership, and a coach then it really wouldn't be "too expensive."
What if you stopped making excuses, and started investing in yourself?
It will cost you more in the long run, if you don't start today. If you wait to get "healthy" until it is too late, you will be paying more money towards doctor visits, prescriptions, and maybe even hospital stays.
Take time to find a way to invest in your self. Isn't your health valuable?
Decide today that you will level up and start investing in your health and wellness.
"If you aren't investing in your health, you are investing in your illness." -Dr. Nick Wilson
