Every day when you wake up, you have three choices.
#1 Stay stuck where you are and COMPLAIN about it.
or
#2 Stay stuck where you are and BE GRATEFUL for it.
or
#3 Decide what you want and WORK to make it happen!!!
No matter what you choose, it is your choice. You are in control of the fate of your own life.
You are in control of your own outcomes. Take ownership for your choices.
Quit blaming your outcome on excuses…
Are you using excuses to cover up what’s really going on? Are you using excuses over the choices you could be making?
There will always be some excuse… that's why it's your CHOICE to make things happen!!!
Let’s be real…
Excuses are just that… excuses. Prioritizing yourself, prioritizing your fitness and health, doesn’t have to be an all or nothing journey. Maybe that is what is holding you back. Maybe you think you have to give up all your freedom, all your social events, and fun!
Choosing to be healthy doesn't = Restriction.
Choosing to fit and focused doesn't = Deprivation.
Choosing to make things happen means actively pursuing, and continuing to push forward each day. Choosing to make things happen means changing old habits into new healthy habits.
Choosing to make things happen means some days you might fail.
But, it means that you are in control. It means that you are choosing to stay on track, and be confident in your choices. It means you live your life to prioritize your Goals!!!
Imagine changing your perspective to "I choose" to do this!!
Imagine knowing that you are getting better each day, by making things happen, instead of waiting
for the perfect time.
So, next time you are stuck in self-doubt or fear, or waiting for the perfect time, act with confidence and get moving in the right direction. Choose to start making things happen!!!
