Because most people look at weight loss as just a number on the scale, and try any fad diet, or fat loss gimmick to try to lose 5-10 lbs. Most people can convince themselves to stick to "diets" for short periods of time, but once it is over, go back to eating or skipping exercising like they did before. Diets and Diet gimmicks are not long term sustainable plans for weight loss.


Diet mindset is what is holding you back from achieving your desired body goal. Imagine ditching the "diet" mindset and creating a new lifestyle.


It’s the daily habits and consistency around food and nutrition that are holding you back from feeling good, feeling confident, and feeling your best. Be honest about your daily habits, your routines, your schedule, and start paying attention to what you are actually eating. Pay attention to what you are actually doing on a daily basis.


Be honest with yourself.


Stop repeating the same habits over and over again.


Start.


Start correcting your behavior and habits and you will start seeing results.

Don't be a statistic. Don't gain it all back to start over more frustrated and farther from your goal.

  6. Increase your sleep and recovery time.

  7. Meditate or Journal
