Stop the Monday Start Over

It happened again. You told yourself no more starting over on Monday. You aren't going to

"Fall off Track" again. But, it happened. Does it ever feel like you are just spinning your wheels?

Does it ever feel like you are stuck in this cycle? You are frustrated because you didn't follow through and then it just starts this wheel of restricting, restricting, restricting...

And then you feel like you are starving yourself... so you eat way too much.

And then you feel bad for eating too much, and so you begin to feel guilty.

And then you start talking to yourself negatively, and then it begins again.

So, how many times are you going to "fall off track"?

How many times are you going to continue this cycle?

Because if you are being honest with yourself, you start something because you really want to change.

You really need to change.

You know you can change.

But at some point, maybe after going strong for the first few days or weeks, you give up. You start the cycle all over again.

Whatever the reason is, you quit. And at that point, regardless of any progress you made, the results don't last and the progress is lost.

So, why does this happen?

Why do so many struggle with this?

The reality is, the struggle happens because the results are not quick enough.

The reality is, the lack of:

  1. Discipline

  2. Effort

  3. Patience

So, the cycle continues because of a lack of dedication to the process.

So, what if you actually committed to the process, and used these 3 areas to focus on instead

of focusing only on the number on the scale?

So, what if you finally gave your very best every single day, consistently over a period

of time, used the tools and education needed for long term success, and actually applied those

habits to create a weight loss transformation.

  1. Discipline. Use action to create daily routine and habits.

  2. Effort. Use intention to get the best results.

  3. Patience. Stay the course.

So, instead of giving up on the process and not staying dedicated to the journey,

try using these 3 areas to create action steps each day to stay consistent, to stay

patient, and most of all to create actual long term success.
