Thanksgiving is over...

Now What???







There is a lot of hype about what to do and what not to do for Thanksgiving. And then just like that, it is over, and maybe you are feeling a little full, or bloated.


So maybe you had a few more pieces of pie, or maybe you ate a few more cookies than what you planned on..., it's OK!!!


No need to starve yourself for the next two weeks, and no need to do hours of cardio, there are

3 simple things to do today to get back to your routine.


  1. Start the day with water. Prioritize your water. Water will help get your digestion moving and helps your body start flushing some water.

  2. Start the day with movement. Prioritize movement. Get up and get moving. DON'T punish yourself. You don't need to burn off anything. Just get back to your normal workout and make sure you get some resistance or strength training in.

  3. Start the day with some protein. Prioritize protein. Protein will help you feel full and satiated.




Starting with these small habits can help you not self-destruct or starve yourself, and get back on track easily. Small steps to get back on routine. Routine creates consistency, and consistency builds discipline. With discipline, changes become more sustainable.
